Pink Fridays
We’re excited to kick off Pink Fridays, part of our Moving Towards a Cure effort to show support for those impacted by breast cancer. Our new Susan G. Komen pink Moving Towards a Cure shirts have arrived, and we’re inviting all ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Moving & Storage team members to wear theirs every Friday as a symbol of our commitment to the cause—and to help spread awareness in every part of the company.
Susan G. Komen
The Susan G. Komen Foundation is one of the most recognized and impactful breast cancer organizations in the world. Our team at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Allied Moving & Storage has stood with the Susan G. Komen Foundation for more than a decade.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer. Komen’s work has led to major progress in early detection, education, patient navigation, and access to care—offering hope to millions of individuals and families affected by this disease.
We’ve contributed financially through both donations and fundraisers. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Allied Moving & Storage has been involved in Susan G. Komen’s “Race Towards A Cure” while Allied Van Lines, our valued partner, contributes $50,000 annually to Komen. This reflects just how seriously we take this mission. But what matters most is that we’re showing unity across all ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø locations, from coast to coast.
Recognition
Last year, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø was honored with the first-ever Pink Dolly Agency Award—a recognition given to the Allied agent that leads by example in community involvement and dedication to Komen’s lifesaving work. This honor is a reflection of the compassion and heart our team brings to everything we do.
